Local leaders of the El Hiblu 3 campaign would like to invite you to join us this Friday June 9th at the Office of the AG, South Street, Valletta to press for the outrageous charges against Amara, Abdalla and Kader to be dropped.
Recently the vessel owner Salah el Hiblu was charged with major cocaine smuggling in Spain. His credibility as the prosecution’s main witness is thus seriously damaged.
In addition, we have collected more signatures for the petition in recent weeks.
We do hope you can join us in an effort to ameliorate the growing institutionalised racism and to end the terror that the young men feel confronted by these trumped-up charges that could lead to life sentences.
